Juvenile Detention Center Counseling that will be utilized by the 8th Judicial District in Des Moines, Henry, Lee and Louisa Counties. Individual and group counseling services to be available within the South Iowa Area Detention Service Agency at no cost to the youth or family. Providing counseling services will help ensure successful reentry for the youth into their home community.
