There will be a Pre-bid Conference held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., CST at the Polk County Jail, 1985 NE 51 st Pl. Des Moines, Iowa 50313. Meet in the front lobby/entrance. A tour of the facility will be available after the meeting. It is strongly encouraged that interested Contractors attend.
